Dessert refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the dessert habit
Dessert in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: dessert in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert refill pack really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at dessert in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested dessert in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
