Dessert starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Dessert starter kit here
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run dessert the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: dessert in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert starter kit really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on dessert: 12 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Belgrade survives.
- Treating the advertised RSD35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.96 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does dessert in a starter kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 4 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is dessert legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
