Dessert starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
The honest read on dessert: 22 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.98 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert starter kit really costs in Belgrade
We run dessert the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested dessert in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.98 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.98 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Is dessert legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
