Dessert vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a vape pen for dessert
Dessert in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at dessert in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested dessert in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | RSD61 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.14 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
