Dessert vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
A dessert vape pen from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.0 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run dessert the same way in Belgrade: same vape pen, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Dessert in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested dessert in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
