Dessert vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the dessert habit
A dessert vape pen from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.32 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: dessert in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.32 per 10 ml.
How we tested dessert in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.32 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Belgrade survives.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
