Where buyers go wrong with frozen in Belgrade
The honest read on frozen: 17 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.89 per 10 ml.
The short version: frozen in Belgrade works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested frozen in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.89 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
