Frozen 60 ml bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Frozen 60 ml bottle here
We run frozen the same way in Belgrade: same 60 ml bottle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Frozen in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen 60 ml bottle really costs in Belgrade
Frozen in Belgrade reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Belgrade survives.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.19 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.19 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
