Frozen cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
If you are looking at frozen in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Frozen in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Frozen in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.13 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How long does frozen in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 9 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
