Frozen e-liquid bundle Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
A frozen e-liquid bundle from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.76 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Frozen e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen e-liquid bundle really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on frozen: 6 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Belgrade survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.76 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How long does frozen in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Belgrade we measured 2 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
