Frozen e-liquid bundle Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good e-liquid bundle from a repack
A frozen e-liquid bundle from the starter options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.24 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen e-liquid bundle really costs in Belgrade
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.24 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is frozen legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.24 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
