Frozen mesh tank Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
We run frozen the same way in Belgrade: same mesh tank, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: frozen in Belgrade works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on frozen: 22 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.82 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD57 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.82 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.82 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
