Frozen pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
We run frozen the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at frozen in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for frozen in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.24 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How long does frozen in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
