Frozen pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What frozen costs in Belgrade
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.26 per 10 ml.
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Belgrade
We run frozen the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | RSD68 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.26 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
