Frozen pod kit Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
Frozen in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Frozen pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: frozen in Belgrade works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen pod kit really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on frozen: 16 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Belgrade survives.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a pod kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.2 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.2 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
