Frozen pod kit Shisha in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.42 per 10 ml.
A frozen pod kit from the bulk options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.42 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen pod kit really costs in Belgrade
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
