Frozen prefilled pod Shisha in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a prefilled pod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Frozen prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, prefilled pod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen prefilled pod really costs in Belgrade
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.79 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for frozen in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Frozen | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Stock checked | 10 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD30 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.79 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a prefilled pod last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.79 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
