Frozen RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: frozen in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen RDA really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at frozen in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Packaging for frozen in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD29 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.96 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.96 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
