Frozen refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Frozen in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Frozen in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Belgrade survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.9 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
