Frozen refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
A frozen refill pack from the starter options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.95 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Belgrade survives.
- Treating the advertised RSD35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.95 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a refill pack last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.95 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
