Frozen vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.43 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Frozen in Belgrade reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
