Frozen zero-nicotine bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Frozen in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 8 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.89 per 10 ml.
Frozen in a zero-nicotine bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
Frozen in Belgrade reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.89 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
