Frozen zero-nicotine bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Frozen in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a zero-nicotine bottle for frozen
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Frozen zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested frozen in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.59 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
