Grapey mesh tank Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Grapey in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Grapey in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Grapey sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a grapey mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.4 per 10 ml.
How we tested grapey in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every grapey bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
