Grapey pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Grapey in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A grapey pen device from the online options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.78 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.78 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long grapey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a grapey pen device really costs in Belgrade
Grapey in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested grapey in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Packaging for grapey in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.78 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should grapey start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
