Grapey starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Grapey in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Grapey starter kit here
A grapey starter kit from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.37 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Grapey in Belgrade reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: grapey in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Grapey starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested grapey in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every grapey bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.37 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
