Graphite 100 ml bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Graphite 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on graphite: 14 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: graphite in Belgrade works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite 100 ml bottle really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested graphite in a 100 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.35 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for graphite in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is graphite legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
How much does a 100 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.35 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD66 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
