Graphite 30 ml shortfill Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Graphite in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
Graphite 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.05 per 10 ml.
How we tested graphite in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.05 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
