Graphite 30 ml shortfill Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Graphite in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the graphite habit
Graphite in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested graphite in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Treating the advertised RSD45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.12 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
How long does graphite in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
