Graphite cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The honest read on graphite: 19 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Graphite cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested graphite in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised RSD42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.87 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for graphite in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.87 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
