Graphite cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with graphite in Belgrade
A graphite cartomizer from the bulk options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.79 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested graphite in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.79 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.79 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does graphite in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
