Graphite RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
Graphite RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite RDA really costs in Belgrade
We run graphite the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested graphite in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is graphite legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.98 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
