Graphite RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a RDA for graphite
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.91 per 10 ml.
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite RDA really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at graphite in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested graphite in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.91 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.91 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Is graphite legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
