Graphite refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Graphite in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Graphite refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD31 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.92 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.92 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.92 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
