Graphite refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
A graphite refill pack from the starter options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.73 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Graphite refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: graphite in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Graphite in Belgrade reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.73 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
