Graphite refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.67 per 10 ml.
The short version: graphite in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.67 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for graphite in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does graphite in a refill pack last?
In Belgrade we measured 9 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.67 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
