Guava in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Guava sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a guava cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Guava prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.64 per 10 ml.
How we tested guava in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a guava bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where guava goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long guava in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for guava in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.64 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On guava the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.64 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
