Herbal cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Herbal in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a cartomizer for herbal
Herbal cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on herbal: 7 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: herbal in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
A herbal cartomizer from the compared options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.89 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested herbal in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.89 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
How long does herbal in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 4 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
