Herbal cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Herbal in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
Herbal cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.48 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
We run herbal the same way in Belgrade: same cartomizer, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested herbal in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised RSD64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.48 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Belgrade survives.

Frequently asked questions
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.48 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is herbal legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
