Herbal cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Herbal in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
If you are looking at herbal in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Herbal in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: herbal in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
We run herbal the same way in Belgrade: same cartomizer, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested herbal in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.9 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for herbal in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Herbal | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | cartomizer | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 7 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.9 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.9 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.9 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
