Herbal RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Herbal in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal RDA really costs in Belgrade
A herbal RDA from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.56 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested herbal in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.56 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
How long does herbal in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
