Herbal RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Herbal in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
Herbal RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on herbal: 10 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal RDA really costs in Belgrade
Herbal in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested herbal in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for herbal in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.85 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does herbal in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 5 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
