Herbal refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Herbal in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
We run herbal the same way in Belgrade: same refill pack, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

The short version: herbal in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.23 per 10 ml.
How we tested herbal in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.23 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD55 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.23 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How long does herbal in a refill pack last?
In Belgrade we measured 5 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
