Herbal refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Herbal in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Herbal refill pack here
The honest read on herbal: 23 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at herbal in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Herbal in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested herbal in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.3 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Packaging for herbal in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How long does herbal in a refill pack last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.3 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
