Herbal starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Herbal in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
Herbal in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at herbal in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.36 per 10 ml.
How we tested herbal in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.36 per 10 ml.
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for herbal in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.36 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
