Herbal sub-ohm kit Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Herbal in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with herbal in Belgrade
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you are looking at herbal in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
Herbal in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested herbal in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.0 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
Is herbal legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.0 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
