Honey mesh tank Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Honey in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Honey is allowed to say
A honey mesh tank from the pre-order options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.06 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Honey mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: honey in Belgrade works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
Honey in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested honey in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where honey goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Treating the advertised RSD58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.06 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should honey start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On honey the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.06 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
