Honey zero-nicotine bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Honey in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the honey habit
The honest read on honey: 9 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.21 per 10 ml.
The short version: honey in Belgrade works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
Honey zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested honey in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where honey goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.21 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | RSD43 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.21 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should honey start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
Is honey legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On honey the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.21 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
