Iced mesh tank Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What iced costs in Belgrade
The honest read on iced: 14 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Iced in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested iced in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.36 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.36 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
