Iced pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Iced pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.56 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced pen device really costs in Belgrade
A iced pen device from the value options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.56 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.56 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.56 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD66 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
How long does iced in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
